The Good, Bad, and Ugly

          In this video it talks about how Kenya now has phone services and is able to communicate and keep up with other countries who have the same thing. It allows a large percentage of Kenya to have access to the internet on their phones now. I think it is good because it also gives them more jobs and is a bigger opportunity for Kenya to start making more money. I used this link because it was a video i had never seen with information I did not know about and is a clear example of why the internet and computers are a good thing.

Bad:

          In this video it talks about how computers and the internet now come with a risk to our security with the country. Cyber Wars are a serious issue and now that other countries like china in this video can hack into our security and cause a war through Internet. I don't think that when the Internet was just starting that we would have to worry about our security because of this new type of warfare. I choose this video because it is an obvious reason of why the internet could be a bad thing, because it is a disturbance to our safety and the safety of other countries as well.

Ugly:

          In this video it talks about how a young boy set up a suicide for people to watch online. He sat on a bed turned his webcam on and waited for an audience to watch him swallow a bunch of pills and commited suicide. In the video it said how others never tried to help him and even some people were egging him on to do it over the webcam. I think this is a problem with internet because those people never would have done that if they were watching him in person. Just because its over the internet doesn't mean its fake or that someone wont be harmed from your actions. I choose this video because it is an obvious reason of how the internet can make things ugly.
